Security Services

We MKK FMS provide industrial and commercial security for public sector companies. National and International corporations, High security zone installations, schools and institutions, department stores, shopping complexes, theatres, etc. Our security personnel often work to prevent theft by customers or store employees.
Warehouse Security
Warehousing and logistics face lot of security threats that goes beyond the calling of manned services. To address these gaps, MKK MFS offers well manners security staff. Our comprehensive security package is designed to protect staff, premises and assets.
We provide security to the storage places such as godowns and warehouses where a huge quantity of goods is been stored. Our personnel appointed here also take care about the theft which may be caused due to in house employees.
Mechanical Maintenance
MKK FMS are experts in mechanical maintenance and have specialized teams for equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, etc.
We use the maintenance standard combined with manufacturer’s operation and maintenance data. For the critical equipment, a failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) will be completed to ensure risks are contained and anticipated from the start. In addition, we provide predictive and condition-based services such as vibration analysis, Eddy current testing, laser alignment, thermography and fuel/oil analysis.
Plumbing Maintenance
MKK FMS has established an extensive plumbing maintenance services program to install, repair and maintain all plumbing equipment, whilst using state-of– the-art tools and equipment to facilitate quick response to emergencies such as flood, overflow, and blockage.
Within our plumbing maintenance services, we ensure all preventive measures are taken, thereby preventing premature failure. Implementation of corrosion coupons in chilled water distribution piping, and operating valves through their travel on regular basis, are only a few examples of the small measures that lead to reduction of total cost of ownership.
We also provide chemical testing, dosing and water treatment services for open loop, closed loop systems and swimming pools.
Steel fixing & Shuttering Works
Structural works starts with steel and shuttering for all kind of foundations as per required design given by approved firms as per buildings. Our qualified and experienced team including engineers will do close study of drawings to execute the work as per project schedule.
Concrete & Block Works:
The concrete works at Retaining walls, Columns and Slabs also for specialized structures & Equipment foundations. We have a team for all variety of concrete works and block walls making experts who can achieve the objective with technical standards.
Plastering and Finishes
The final finishes start with plastering and surface finishes which finally would give the 100 % satisfaction factor to the whole structure/building. The walls and ceiling were given a fire proof and antic rack grade plastering and floor finished with glazed vitrified Italian floor tiles.
Tiles & Sanitary Works
Tiles and Sanitary is most typical and unique works which will set prestige of building. Our exclusive team will handle the tile and sanitary fixing works at all possible areas of building inside, outside and roof as well.
Aluminum and Glass Works
Buildings made with aluminum are virtually maintenance free due to aluminum’s resistance to corrosion. Aluminum is also thermally efficient, which keeps buildings warm in cold seasons and cool in hot seasons. Add the fact that aluminum has a pleasing finish and can be curved, cut and welded to any desired shape, it allows modern architects unlimited freedom to create buildings that would be impossible to make from wood, plastic, or steel.
Today, aluminum is regularly used in the construction of high-rise buildings and bridges. The lighter weight of aluminum makes it easier, faster and more convenient to work with. It also helps reduce other costs. A building constructed of steel would require much deeper foundations due to the added weight, which would drive up construction costs.
Cleaning Services
The MKK FMS, in compliance with the U.A.E Health and Safety policies is responsible for the day to day management of cleaning, window cleaning and pest control activities at facilities and one meter of building surrounds. The exclusions are Franchise Kitchen, any Catering areas and beyond one meter of the building perimeter.
Academics, Sports, Shared Laboratories, Administrative, Dining and Village buildings – Daily cleaning including the collection of waste within the buildings takes place outside of core hours, Saturday through Thursday.
Residential buildings – Daily cleaning of communal areas and offices including the collection of waste within the buildings takes place during Core hours, Saturday through Thursday.
Cleaning Services
Students’ bedrooms and end suite washrooms are cleaned every weekend, Thursday through Saturday.
Record storage, Archives and Store rooms are cleaned on a two weekly basis.
Reactive cleaning and ad hoc pest control service will be provided based on request made through MKK FMS desk during Core hours, Sunday through Thursday.
Periodic deep cleaning – hard floor polishing, carpet shampooing, in-depth cleaning of walls, furniture, fixtures, fittings, etc. takes place during University downtime.
Window cleaning is carried out on a rolling six monthly basis after the initial cleans.
Post event clean-up of food waste and disposal must be carried out by the catering company appointed for an event.

MKK FMS has the capacity of provided that both cargo loading and unloading services we arrogantly give a team of knowledgeably skilled personnel who securely and professionally control dedicated equipment in the cargo atmosphere. We use special packing for delicate items and glassware. Packing using wooden crates is done for machinery and any such items requiring special care. We use separate containers for long transshipments.
